If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that a lot can happen in a year. This week in our Women Who Lead series, Bay Street Bull is taking a step back to look at our previously featured female founders who have been leading the masses by being innovators in their field.

In anticipation of the upcoming launch of our 2020 30 x 30 guide, we caught up with these female entrepreneurs to see what they’ve accomplished over the last year.

Having grown up in construction families, for female founders Mallorie Brodie and Lauren Lake entering the construction industry was somewhat of a natural progression. In 2012 the duo co-founded Bridgit, a construction-management software company.

Since being featured in Bay Street Bull’s 2019 30 x 30 issue, Bridgit projected $4 million in revenue. Today Brodie and Lake continue to strive for innovation in the construction industry with the use of technology.
