Need to fill a role but no one’s available? With Roles for Hire, you can surface hiring needs directly in your workforce plan—so project gaps don’t turn into project delays.

• Add context with role descriptions so HR and Operations stay aligned
• Get ahead of demand with a clear, centralized view of what roles need to be filled,and why

This feature was built in direct response to customer feedback. It helps bring visibility to hiring needs that were previously tracked in disconnected tools.

Save & Alert: Assign and notify in one step

You can now alert teammates the moment they’re assigned to a project—right in Bridgit. No extra clicks. No backtracking.

• Available across Smart Suggestions, Profiles, and the Roles tab
• Ensure team members are notified instantly and ready to mobilize

Additional Product Improvements

We’ve also made a number of smaller enhancements to help polish the experience across Bridgit:

• Login experience – Streamlined and simplified authentication flow with a modernized login page
• @mention email – Refreshed design to align with our updated email branding
• Role added email – Updated look to match the rest of the Bench notification system
