People are the foundation of construction

It’s the unique skills, experience, and dedication that turn each blueprint into reality. Yet for decades, the tools used to manage the industry’s most valuable asset have treated them as cells on a spreadsheet. Workforce planning has been a chaotic, disconnected process, making it nearly impossible to strategically manage the people at the center of every project.

Our co-founders saw this disconnect firsthand and knew there had to be a better way. Bridgit was founded on a simple mission: help contractors build more effectively by putting their people first.

We are proud that our customers include nearly 40% of the ENR 400, in addition to industry leaders across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
