Warren had an interview with Mallorie Brodie, the CEO and co-founder of Bridgit, who will moderate a panel at ConExpo titled “New Approach to Building Female Construction Leaders” at Pavilion 11 of the Westgate Building. Brodie and the rest of the panel will look at the effects of mentoring and gender equality programs, as well as identifying where gender bias exists and how it can be mitigated.
