Only four months after being listed at #40 on the Best WorkplacesTM in Canada, Bridgit has been named by Great Place to Work® as one of the Best Workplaces in Technology.
Being named a Best Workplace in Canada was amazing and we couldn’t be more grateful to be named alongside so many great Canadian companies, but being recognized in the tech space holds a special place in our hearts at Bridgit. Tech companies, especially in the wake of the remote-first work environments brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, can often struggle to maintain engagement across their teams without having the regular face-to-face interaction that an office provides.
We’ve worked hard over the last 2 years to maintain the people-first culture we built when our team members were seeing each other in person and we’ve been thrilled with our team’s response and willingness to embrace the new normal of a hybrid work setting.
Bridgit takes pride in creating an exceptional employee experience and supportive culture for our people. In fact, we consider it one of our key competitive advantages in the technology space. We want our team members to feel like they can bring their best selves to work, and that means supporting them with family-first benefits, employee perks like unlimited vacation days, and creating opportunities for our employees to continue socializing and creating strong bonds with each other.

“We make an effort to ensure a barrier-free hiring process for our future Bridgitrons. After all, the employee experience starts way sooner than their first day. We come from diverse backgrounds and bring different perspectives gained from our life and work experiences, which makes for an enriched environment.”
Daphne Gorman, Director of Talent Acquisition, Bridgit
