Release Notes: Reporting

Release Notes: Reporting

TL:DR – Bridgit Bench has added a reporting feature, allowing users to build and print detailed project Gantt reports and people and project list reports.

Bridgit Bench now offers multiple ways for you to keep your teams up to date about project details and business needs.

Detailed reports help operations teams make data-driven decisions instead of time-consuming project decisions based on gut-feel. Construction workforce management being done with accurate, actionable data will help to streamline expensive manpower meetings and allow you to look at construction workforce planning with new insight into project allocations, workforce utilization, and employee scheduling. Accurate project and people reports enable operations and executive teams to check-in and collaborate when situations arise and problems need to be solved and allow for better dispute management.

Project gantt reports

Bridgit Bench gives you the ability to print highly-visual, detailed reports directly from the Project Gantt. You can apply filters to narrow your focus to specific projects, choose start and end dates, and customize what properties you want to view and include. From there you can export to download or print as a PDF or CSV file. See this step by step guide to creating your Project Gantt reports.

People and project list reports

You also have the ability to export custom reports from your People and Project List views – full talent and project directories along with every custom field that you’ve added to your Bridgit Bench account. Easily customize which properties you want included in your report and quickly export as a PDF or CSV file. See this step by step guide to creating your list reports.

Bridgit Bench is customizable to your company’s specific needs, and the reporting is no exception. Accurate reporting is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to high-level communication, making it an ideal place to start. Improving workforce planning is a team effort and keeping everyone informed and on the same page is the first step to improved collaboration, problem solving, and risk management.

We’ve created a brief video to show you just how simple it is to create custom reports in Bridgit Bench.
